Trust Membership Fee for 2008-2009 is £4.00. This entitles members to a discount of 20% on publications purchased from the Secretary. Applications for membership, with subscriptions, should be made to the Treasurer, Tom Stevenson, Ambleside, Ailsa Crescent, Stranraer, DG9 0AP. If you would like to purchase any of the books in the series, please send a cheque or postal order, made payable to the Stranraer and District Local History Trust, to The Secretary, Tall Trees, London Road, Stranraer DG9 8BZ; - stating which book/s you require. Stranraer and District Local History Trust is always keen to publish quality material concerning local events, personalities, events and such like from the past of the area, but please note: we DO NOT accept unsolicited manuscripts!

If you would like us to consider publishing your work, please write to us FIRST, with a brief (400 words) outline of your subject, a covering letter and return postage. We cannot return any material sent to us that does not comply with these directions.
